Alighieri Jewellery enlisted my help to improve their stock management and ordering process. I helped to sync their back-end systems so that the team had one clear picture of stock on hand and stock on order, and set up stock forecasts to help understand how much stock was required and when. Then I set up a stock ordering tracker and helped to streamline the ordering process. This increased team efficiency and improved stock management.
