About
I’m Anna Heneback, and I help established high-end fashion and homeware brands to double their e-commerce sales by increasing conversion, in order to maximise their return on marketing.
With 20 years of e-commerce experience, including 15 from major global e-commerce and omnichannel retailers including Net-a-Porter and H&M, my background has given me plenty of insight into the key factors for running a successful e-commerce business. Now I use that experience to help smaller brands to grow.
I am highly skilled in e-commerce management, particularly trading, and specialise in Shopify. I comfortably bridge the gap between business and tech, and love working with creatives as much as I love code and spreadsheets.
I currently live in a village in Bedfordshire with my Swedish husband, kids, cat, dog and a growing collection of plants.
I am passionate about problem-solving and creating results, and helping brands to realise their full potential. I am particularly interested in working with brands that share my values in design, quality and sustainability.
