First I’ll perform an in-depth review of your website, from both the customer perspective and the analytics data. I’ll benchmark your sales and traffic data, and identify areas of opportunity.
Next, we’ll meet to get a better understanding of your business priorities and processes, meet the team, and identify the key focus areas for your business.
I’ll then digest this information and create a tailored strategy, including realistic monthly sales goals for the next 12 months, and a clear roadmap and action plan for how to reach them.
The package includes 3 monthly follow-up calls, to keep you accountable and on track to reach your goals.

I know the business of fashion inside out, and love numbers and spreadsheets as much as I love working with creatives.

What will this achieve?
A plan of action to reach a marked increase in your online sales
Why do I need to invest in this?
Your website isn’t going to get you sales if you’re not a) getting enough of the right traffic to your site and b) the site doesn’t have a good experience to convert to sales. You need a plan of action to improve both of these areas for sales success.
How long is the project?
The initial part of the project takes approximately one month to complete from start to finish, with a further 3 months for follow up calls afterwards.
Where will the work take place?
The majority of the work will be done remotely, with 2 x office days.
How much of my time is required?
Approximately half a day of office time to discuss the findings from the site review, and half a day to review the strategy, plus 3 x monthly calls. You can choose whether to implement the strategy yourself internally, which will require your time, or if you want me to implement the strategy or project manage your team to implement it then you have the option to add a retainer package.
Are there any extra costs involved?
There is no VAT on top of the price. Travel expenses to London for the 2 x office days are included, for other locations please get in contact.
There are no other extra costs, although you have the option to add a retainer for me to implement the strategy at additional cost, and you should have some budget available for marketing and advertising as relevant.
What are your payment terms?
I request a 25% deposit to get started, with the remaining balance due on completion.
