The Build

Transforming your blueprint into reality. Creating lasting operational foundations, and equipping you to build on them to execute your successful e-commerce strategy.

Month 1: ESTABLISH

Working towards the data-driven strategy I’ve designed for your brand and vision in The Blueprint, I’ll use best practice approaches and proven processes to introduce the tools, reports and meeting structure your team requires for success. (If you have these in place, I’ll evaluate and improve upon them.) The key thing is these systems will be set up to work for you.

I’ll then introduce sales, stock and intake reporting and forecasting and use the data to add commercial input to your marketing plan.

I’ll also start to drive any priority projects we identified within your e-commerce strategy.

Months 2 - 5: EMBED

During this period, I’ll implement and refine your processes while actively managing the operations for your commercial process. I’ll lead the trading reports and action meetings for you and your team until they become part of your ‘business as usual’ activities.

I’ll be on hand to drive relevant projects, complete commercial actions and ensure accountability, as well as hiring staff if needed.

Month 6: EMPOWER

In this final stage I’ll carry out a structured handover including documentation, training and support to ensure your team can take over the trading and actions with ease. My approach guarantees your team is fully equipped to maintain momentum and drive results long after the transfer.

You’ll have a dedicated weekday for meetings, calls and actions. A monthly site visit is also included. I’m in your corner throughout the process.
